Royal Cradle Empowerment Foundation (RoCEF) is a non-governmental organisation which specialises in the design and implementation of socio-economic development programmes which focused on community needs. RoCEF believes that “youth empowerment through skills development is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change Africa and the world”. This is an initiative that seeks to give financially challenged youths and women entrepreneurial support to develop both soft and hard skills, and talents that benefit communities and Africa as a whole.

Identifying such needs strengthen the workforce to develop African continent as a whole. Growth and development in Africa can only be achieved through empowerment of the youth. Remember the saying “Youth are the leaders of tomorrow” and to create these vibrant leaders.

These youth and community development Programmes, include Consulting services, enterprise development, corporate social investment, social economic development. Through our enterprise and services, we have forged close working relationships with industry, government, communities and traditional authorities. RoCEF has proven track records in successfully implementing Sustainable Development Programs in urban – rural communities in South Africa. Our key areas of operation are in the following provinces: Gauteng, Northwest, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Kwazulu-Natal.
